The Two Strategic Systems
Ontario operates through two distinct selection mechanisms.
Express Entry-Linked Streams (No Job Offer Required): These programs search the federal pool for candidates who meet Ontarioβs specific criteria. A successful nomination adds 600 points to your CRS score.
- Human Capital Priorities: For skilled workers with strong education and experience (includes specialized Tech Draws).
- Skilled Trades: For those with recent Ontario work experience in eligible skilled trades.
- French-Speaking Skilled Worker: For bilingual candidates with strong French and English proficiency.
- Expression of Interest (EOI) Streams (Employer-Driven): These streams require you to register directly with Ontario. Selection is based on a provincial points system and often requires a connection to an employer.
- Employer Job Offer Streams: Foreign Worker, International Student, and In-Demand Skills.
- Graduate Streams: Dedicated pathways for Masters and PhD graduates from Ontario institutions.

Strategic Focus: Employer Job Offer
If you are already working in Ontario or have a job offer, we focus on the Employer Job Offer category. At BENOTAS Immigration, I ensure that both you and your employer meet the strict provincial compliance standards:
Employer Eligibility
Verifying business revenue, employee count, and active operation years.
Position Compliance
Ensuring the job offer is full-time, permanent, and meets the required median wage for your specific NOC.
NOC Alignment
Confirming that your duties and the offered position perfectly match the targeted TEER categories (0, 1, 2, or 3).
Graduate Pathways: No Job Offer Needed
For those who have completed their graduate studies in Ontario, the Masters and PhD Graduate streams remain powerful tools. These programs allow you to apply for a nomination without a job offer, provided you meet the residency, language, and scoring requirements of the EOI system. I assist in optimizing your EOI profile to ensure you are competitive during high-score invitation rounds.
2026 Strategic Shifts
The OINP is increasingly moving toward Priority Sector Draws. At BENOTAS Immigration, I monitor real-time data to position my clients for targeted rounds in:
- Healthcare and Social Services
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
- Skilled Trades and Construction
- Early Childhood Educators
“Ontario is looking for people who are already integrated into its economy. My role is to ensure your provincial application is legally sound and strategically positioned for success.”
